Mario Picayo- Studio Visit

Last week I had the pleasure of meeting Mario Picayo and McKinley Matteson, who visited my studio while in Barbados for a few days. Mario Picayo is an author and publisher living in New York, born in Cuba and raised in Puerto Rico and the U.S Virgin Islands. He's passionate about promoting literacy in the Caribbean by producing books for children that explore the people, history, plants, animals, and overall adventures of the Caribbean.
